- The project requires the approval of a zone change from open space to highway service commercial to allow for commercial land uses to occur on the project site, as well as a proposed site plan to allow for the construction of a new 45,910-sf, four-story hotel with 80 guest rooms and an accompanying 6,000 sf, high-turnover, sit down restaurant. In addition, the project is proposing to demolish an existing residence on the site. At completion, the project site would be totally covered with a hotel building, restaurant building, +/- 118 parking spaces, internal circulation driveways, and several landscaped areas.
