Note: Response to Comments DTSC is considering approval of five Removal action work plans for the former Naval Petroleum Reserve No. 1, CA pursuant to Chp 6.5 of the CA Health and Safety Code. The RAWs, which are incorporated by reference, consist of excavation of impacted soil that may release chemicals of concern at levels that may pose a risk to human health and the environment.
