Document Description
To better accommodate its jail system needs, Yolo County is proposing to demolish the existing 16,050-sf Leinberger Center and 3,282 sf administrative buildings, and to replace them with a 31,400 sf facility, containing 150 medium security beds, programming and housing support space, and administrative offices. The project also would include utilities, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, communications, interior fencing, security, emergency power, and fire protection systems, as well as landscaping and pavement for building access and outdoor functions.
