The APN for the project site is 380-290-003. The project includes the following actions:
1) a CUP for a recreational vehicle and Boat storage facility for 173 RV's and boats with covered canopies/carports to accommodate 4,080 solar panels; and
2) a variance for the setbac of the proposed office building, located adjacent to the northerly project property line, as the adjacent northerly parcel has a residential zoning designation.
