- The proposed project consists of construction of a 668,681 sf high-cube industrial/warehouse building including approx 19,200 sf of office spaces on the northwest, northeast, and southeast corners of the proposed building. The building will be constructed on the northeastern portion of the project site on the southeastern corner of Markham St and Indian Ave. The warehouse building will feature 48 dock doors on the eastern side of the building and 46 dock doors on the western side of the proposed building. The project site will provide 271 automobile parking stalls, 26 of which will be designated clean air/vanpool parking spots, as well as six ADA handicapped parking stalls and 162 trailer parking stalls.
