Document Description
The proposed project consists of construction of a 668,681 sf warehouse including approximately 20,000 sf of office space. The warehouse building will feature approximately 48 dock doors on the eastern side of the building and approximately 56 dock doors on the western side of the proposed building. The project site will provide approximately 271 automobile parking stalls, approximately 8 American Disabilities Act-compliant handicapped parking stalls, and approximately 162 trailer parking stalls.
