- The proposed project consists of an amendment to KCOC Title 19 and other related ordinances to either: (1) ban all medical and recreational marijuana related activities other than what is allowed under California Proposition 64 or include updated standards and conditions for future commercial marijuana cultivation, commercial marijuana processing and packaging, and recreational/medical marijuana dispensaries and mobile delivery.
