Document Description
A CUP to allow the sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on site consumption in conjunction with a restaurant and banquet facility within three buildings. A 2,780 sf addition at the existing building entrance will increase the total area of the entire project to 51,019 sf. The project site is located on a lot measuring approximately 5,158,160 sf in the LAX and M2-1 Zones.
The project includes two bar areas and four outdoor uncovered patio areas totaling approximately 7,797 sf with 1,844 indoor seats and 268 outdoor seats. Temporary dance floors are proposed as follows: 900 sf in the grand ballroom, 400 sf in the Tuskegee Room, 100 sf in the Lemay Room and 225 sf in the Doolittle Room. Requested entertainment includes prerecorded or live, amplified or unamplified uses, such as live bands, live comedic entertainment, disc jockeys with recorded music, with proposed hours of operation from 8:00 am - 2:00 am daily.
