Document Description
The project consists of the construction of 46, one to three bedroom multi-family housing units, parking, and ancillary facilities on 1.81-acres located at 21205 South Main Street. The affordable housing development is proposed to include three separate buildings totaling 59,121 total sf of residential floor area. The project will have access to South Main Street via a proposed 26-foot wide driveway. Outdoor recreational space will total 19,600 sf. Trees will be planted along the project's southern boundary to provide a visual barrier with single family homes to the south. The project will include a general plan amendment from light industrial to high-density residential, a zone change from manufacturing, light to residential, multi-family (25 units per acre), design overlay review for site plan and CUP for multi-family residential use.
