Document Description
The applicant proposes to construct a commercial development and related infrastructure improvements on an undeveloped project site generally located south of Luis Estrada Road and west of highway 79. The approximately 2.3 acre site is bordered to the east by highway 79/Beaumont Avenue, the north by Luis Estrada Drive and to the south by the Union Pacific Railroad corridor and to the west by undeveloped land. The project would construct one 4,000 sf fast food restaurant with seating for 80 customers and a drive-thru window; one 1,050 sf drive thru car wash with attached storage/supply room; one four-position fueling island with overhead canopy for commercial trucks and recreational vehicles; one 16-position fueling island with overhead canopy for cars/light trucks; and one 5,350 sf convenience store/restaurant building.
