Document Description
The project would modernize, expand, and reconfigure an existing office complex. The project involves the redesign of existing 10-story office buildings, including horizontal expansion and connection between the towers; updated outdoor and recreational amenities including roof gardens and a recreation deck; and streetscape improvements including ground floor dining amenities. Approx. 115,000 gross sq. ft. of office space, 5,000 gross sq. ft. of restaurant uses and 125,199 gross sq. ft. of open space area would be added to the site. The Project does not propose to demolish or expand the existing subterranean parking garage and thus would not increase the number of existing parking spaces.
