Document Description
To maximize public access to and along the coast of Laguna Beach, the project proposes to enhance and restore an access area to the beaches and coastal resources of the city. Specifically, a coastal access facility will be restored and enhanced at Pearl Street in the city of Laguna Beach. The project will remove existing walkway and stairs, replacing these with new stairs and walkways designed to improve access and increase landscape area. The project will rehabilitate an existing overlook/view area with more accessible facilities. The existing sewer pump station will not be disturbed.
