The City of San Juan Capistrano Utilities Department is proposing the construction of blended water conveyance and blending facilities within the Eastern Irrigation Water System in San Juan Capistrano. Proposed facilities include the extension of pipelines and the construction of a water blending tank, metering facility and blending facilities to serve the Eastern Irrigation Water System in the city of San Juan Capistrano.
