Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0074-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Pre-Con Prodcts, represented by David Zarraoandia. The project consists of two components; 1) undergrounding an existing ephemeral stream to expand usable area for pre-con products facility; and 20 creek restoration. For undergrounding, storm flows will be conveyed via installation and backfill of an 84-inch reinforced concrete storm drainpipe (in the same alignment as the existing ephermal system) and discharged into Arroyo Simi creek through a new energy dissipater
