- To authorize and construct an outdoor storage yard for recycled concrete and concrete products on a 6.6 acre parcel located on W LA Ave. approx. 4,500 feet west of Madera Road. The site is associated with the main Pre-Con manufacturing plant located adjacent to 240 W LA Ave., and the project will be an accessory use to the main facility. The project includes grading and filling of the site, preservation of a majority of existing oak trees, installation of underground drainage facilities to replace an existing surface drainage channel, with a landscaped escape route for wildlife to minimize potential disturbance to movement under LA Ave., grading and re-vegetation of a slope.
