Document Description
The San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board issued a Clean Water Act Section 401 water quality certification (Order No. R9-2020-0131) to the applicant to grade and construct a total of seven industrial buildings (totaling approximately 120,000 square feet), associated surface parking areas, necessary infrastructure, and three bio-filtration basins. Project construction will permanently impact 0.06 acre (575 linear feet) of ephemeral stream channel waters of the United States and/or State. The applicant will purchase 0.30 acre of re-established riverine waters of the United States and/or State credits from the San Luis Rey Mitigation Bank in advance of Project construction.
