That piece of real property commonly referred to as the "Jessie Martin Allotment," which is a piece of real property of ~41.72 acres located in the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 2, Township 38N, Range 8E, MDB&M. (identified by the Bureau of Indian Affairs Tract ID 50E-SU-385, APN (as noted above). The above-described land to be acquired consists of an 11/18th interest in the allotment located within the Tribe's ancestral territory recognized by the Indian Claims Commission. The remainder of the allotment is currently held in trust by the United States.
