Present Land Use
The land acquisition request is for one parcel of land consisting of 160 acres, more or less, commonly referred to as Tulare County APN 307-210-007. The subject parcel is contiguous to the Tule River Indian Reservation and surrounded on all sides by trust land. Currently, the property is undeveloped and used for timber management and recreation.
