CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0356-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Resource Conservation District of Santa Cruz County.
Project includes two instream habitat improvement projects and a mitigation monitoring plan to quantify effectiveness and success of these two projects. The two project activities authorized under this Agreement are limited to the Lower Scotts Creek Floodplain and Habitat Enhancement Project Phase 3 (LSCFHEP 3) and the San Vicente Creek Habitat Enhancement Project (SVCHEP).
