Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment for Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0152-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Knowleton Communities. The project is limited to the construction of 62 single family units and associated roadways and infrastructure. The amendment authorizes the final recorded conservation easement for the Tin Mine Canyon restoration area, Hagador Canyon Creek restoration area and the upland habitat located within the property east of Hagador Canyon Creek (19 acres) shall be provided to CDFW 90 days prior to the start of construction.
