Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0152-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to project Applicant, Knowleton Communities. The project is limited to the construction of 62 single-family units and associated roadways and infrastructure. One four-arched culvert road crossing and drop structure, one two-arched culvert road crossing and drop structure, and four storm drain outlets, two with grouted riprap energy dissipation structures, will be constructed within Tin Mine Canyon Creek, and the entirety of the south bank will be fortified with soil cement, which will be buried with soil. A concrete Arizona crossing and the existing drop structure will be repaired, a temporary access road will be constructed across Hagedor Canyon Creek, and two storm drain outlets will be installed. Two unnamed drainages from the Cleveland National Forest will be regraded and diverted into the debris basin and one unnamed drainage will be graded to construct a U.S. Forest Service access road.
