Document Description
On June 18, 2015, the North Coast Water Board adopted Resolution No. R1-2015-0018 to update Section 3 (Water Quality Objectives) of the Water Quality Control Plan for the North Coast Region (Basin Plan). The amendment includes updates to the existing water quality objectives for chemical constituents and dissolved oxygen. Additionally, a new water quality objective for groundwater toxicity was adopted. The amendment revises outdated numeric values, revises narrative objectives for consistency, and clarifies the application of narrative water quality objectives. On February 16, 2016, under Resolution No. 2016-0009, the SWRCB approved this amendment to the Basin Plan, as well as non-substantive revisions to the Basin Plan, which the North Coast Regional Water Quality control Board ahd adopted under a separate Regional Board Resolution.
