Document Description
The City of Cypress is proposing an amendment to the Lincoln Avenue Specific Plan (Specific Plan). The Project includes the following amendments to the Specific Plan: (1) create a Commercial Preservation Overlay within the Specific Plan area where residential uses would not be permitted; and (2) reduce the maximum residential building height from 50 feet to 30 feet in the Commercial Mixed Use, Campus Village, and Public and Semi-Public land use districts.
