Document Description
The DTSC, pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, Sections 25323.1 and 25356.1 of the Health and Safety code, approved a final draft of RAW as submitted on October 30, 2015. The RAW was prepared to prose a remedy as the interim measure action to address the presence of pesticides in soils at the amended AG Chem Area that is 2 acres within 170 acres of the JR Simplot facility.
