Issue Rights of Entry (ROE) and Easements to PG&E and Frontier Communications into Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park for the under-grounding of overhead utility lines on the south end of Elk Prairie to protect breeding marbled murrelets (federally listed as threatened, state-listed as endangered) from hitting utility lines and sustaining injury and/or mortality as they access their nesting trees to the south of these lines. The project work is covered under the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park Public Use Improvements.
