Document Description
The Proposed project will result in the construction of a structure on a 0.25 acre site within the City's existing Wastewater Treatment Plant to capture methane currently produced by the Plant's anaerobic digestion process, and convert it to energy to power the Plant and reduce energy costs. The project site is within the Plant and it's entirely disturbed.
