Document Description
Install traffic signal at the intersection of southbound State Route (SR) 99 off-ramp to Central Avenue. Install culvert under the off-ramp. Central Avenue will be widened to the north to provide for a two way left turn lane with a raised island for access to the trailer park. Replace guardrails on Central Avenue bridge.
