Document Description
CDPR shall provide Caltrans with a right of entry permit to carry out mitigation for the take of oak trees from freeway improvement projects. Caltrans will plant 140 oak trees within Chino Hills State Park. The trees will be in one gallon tree pots and will be from acorns collected within the Santa Ana River Watershed within 25 miles of Chino Hills State Park. Trees will be replaced as necessary. CDPR approved standard project requirements have been incorporated into this project.
