Relinquish above segments of SR 92, 185 and 238 to the City of Hayward, consistent with Assembly Bill 1386. This will eliminate State costs related to maintenance, operations & liability. It will also expedite delivery of future locally implemented improvements in Hayward. Regional and local travelers will benefit.
