The project involves minor modification to comply with the Ada and the California Building Code. The project will not result in an expansion of the existing use. Pursuant to PRC Section 5024(f), DGS received the SHPO's concurrence that the project will not adversely affect the historical resources Capitol Park, and the Capitol.
