Document Description
The project consists of the implementation of the Dockktown Plan, which will terminate private residential use at Docktown and provide various forms of relocation assistance to current tenants and owners of Dwellings at Docktown, including financial advisory assistance. The project does not include any demolition of docks or Dwellings. Nor does it include any construction of new housing. The purpose of the project is to bring Docktown into compliance with the public trust doctrine and the Granting Statutes and to provide relocation assistance to displaced Docktown residents. The beneficiaries of the project are the current tenants and owners of Dwellings at Docktown.
