The project proposes development of a 26,137 square foot mixed use project. The proposed project would demolish the existing on site structures, and construct a two story development, including commercial retail spaces, a restaurant, office spaces, residential units, and associated parking.
The proposed project is consistent with the City of Solana Beach General Plan and Zoning Ordinance. The project site is less than five acres in the city of Solana Beach with existing connections to all required utilities and public services and with no valuable habitat for endangered, rare or threatened species. Implementation of the proposed would result in significant impacts to the environment.
