Document Description
The proposed project is a Right of Entry License Agreement (ROELA) to the DOLE Fresh Fruit Company, a Nevada Corporation (DOLE) to enter upon certain property located on West Bay Marina Drive in National City, California. The land proposed for use under this ROELA would be used by DOLE, its authorized agent, and contractor for the purpose of repair and resurfacing, including sweeping, cleaning, filing, and applying asphalt and asphalt sealer to an existing parking lot, as well as ingress and egress in support of those activities. DOLE would be responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations associated with the activities on or in connection with the above-described premises, including debris, hazards and hazardous materials, and storm water.
