Document Description
The Konocti County Water District (District) 18th Avenue Waterline Project replaces 2300 feet of 6-inch and 8-inch water mains that have met the end of their useful service lives. The City of Clearlake is re-paving 18th Avenue in 2017 and the pipeline is being replaced now to prevent having to trench and patch the new asphalt in the future. The Project beneficiaries will be the existing customers of the District and residents of Clearlake.
