The project would result I minor alterations to the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation associated with post-fire restoration activities on 350 acres of a 700-acre project area, including removal and burning of dead trees and trees damaged by fire, beetles and drought, selective herbicide application, and replanting of native forest species. The project incorporates project design criteria and best management practices adopted by the US forest service to avoid and minimize adverse impacts on the environment.
