FYI: Addendum to MND Project was previously submitted under the Quincy Community Services District, which reorganized as the American Valley Community Services District effective January 11, 2018. The Addendum addresses a third potential alternative alignment for the outfall pipeline that would lead from the new treatment facility to the Spanish Creek outfall. The pipeline would be installed in existing access roads using open-cut trenching. The subject properties are not included on any list of hazardous waste facilities/sites pursuant to section 65962.5 of the CA Government Code.
