Document Description
The project entails improvements to the Quincy Wastewater Treatment Plant and effluent disposal system, as well as potential installation of a solar photovoltaic power general facility of up to 300 kW and infrastructure improvements to adjacent pastures to max discharge. The primary purpose of the project is to comply with Central Valley RWQCB requirements for wastewater treatment and discharge.
