The components of the proposed project covered by this permit include installation of a new 16-inch diameter Cement Mortar Lined and Coated (CMLC) steel pipe with positive closure device and siphon breaker, installation of a new 8 feet-long by 4 feet-tall concrete outfall structure, and installation of rock revetment.
