Document Description
The project applicant is requesting a planned development permit from the city for a 72 unit apartment complex with 18 one bedroom units with 754 sf units, 36 two bedroom units with 1,073 and 1,024 sf units and 18 three bedroom units with 1,276 sf units on a 4.15 acre portion of the 10.11 acre project site.
