The project applicant is requesting a planned development permit from the city for a 72 unit apartment complex with 18 one bedroom units with 754 sf units, 36 two bedroom units with 1,073 and 1,024 sf units and 18 three bedroom units with 1,276 sf units on a 4.15 acre portion of the 10.11 acre project site. The density of the proposed project would be seven units/acre and would total 74,874 sf of living space in the proposed 72 units. The proposed project would be 100% affordable with rents ranging from 30-60% area median income. The project would be deed restricted for 55 years and would be financed using federal low income housing tax credits, conventional debt, local financing, and developer equity.
