Document Description
The project design involves constructing a 40-foot long roughened rock chute downstream of the crossing that raises the channel bed 2.0 feet, and cutting and reforming a 2.5 foot deep, 185 foot long concrete notch through the culvert, which would include roughness elements to reduce velocities for juvenile fish passage. The raised crest of the propose rock chute will create 2 foot deep pool at the downstream end of the crossing and will backwater the full length of the notch.
