CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0087-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mandarich Development.
Project is limited to mass grading of the 10-acre project site in order to construct a 22-lot, single-family subdivision. As part of the project, grading activities will result in one the permanent fill of 0.333 acres seasonal pond and seasonal wetland swale, unnamed tributaries to Antelope Creek.
