Document Description
DTSC approved a Removal Action Workplan for soil remediation at the 10 acre Grove subdivision site due to the contamination of Arsenic, Lead, DDD, DDE, and DDT. Preparation and approval of the RAW by DTSC is pursuant to Ch. 6.8 of the CA Health and Safety Code Activities to be conducted pursuant to the approved RAW include: !) excavation and off-site disposal of 4,600 cubic yards of contaminated soil; 2) stockpiling soil on-site in two or three locations; and 3) transportation of contaminated soil off-site.
