The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project includes salmonid habitat restoration activities including gravel augmentation, topographic manipulation, and riparian revegetation on the Englebright Dam Reach of the lower Yuba River. The Project will permanently impact 6.25 acres/1,700 linear feet and temporarily impact 9.04 acres/1,700 linear feet of stream.
