Expand the existing Pleasant Grove Wastewater Treatment Plant treatment capacity from 9.5 million gallons per day; to its original 12 million gallons per day design capacity; and construct related but seperate energy recovery facilities. The Addendum to the priginal Expansion Project and Energy recovery project initial study/mitigated negative declaration was prepared to address the following project revisions: 1) relocation of the proposed PG&E natural gas pipeline, 2) relocations of proposed construction staging areas, 3) changed int he phasing of solid waste trucks that would be available for fueling with renewable compressed natural gas, and 4) delayes in the anticipated construction start date.
