Document Description
The Russian River Brewing company is proposing to develop a two-story brewery production facility of up to 120,000 sf. The project site is an approximately 15-acre parcel, of which approximately 11 acres are designated as developable space. The remainder is a designated wetland preserve/conservation area that totals approximately 4 acres. The facility would accommodate public tours of the brewing process, as well as a tasting room, gift shop, and a pub with seating for 175 guests, serving food and beverages. Administrative offices would be located on the second story above the tasting room, gift shop, and brewpub. A single buildin would be constructed in the center of the developable portion of the site, with visitor access from the north and truck access via controlled entry points on American Way to the south.
