Document Description
Construct a +/-2900 sf building to house a Dunkin Donuts restaurant on a currently developed site located southeast of the intersected of SR 20 and 29. The project would include a drive-through, six additional parking spaces and +/-680 sf of new landscaping. The building would be located in the southeast portion of the site on a currently paved area. It would be open from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm, seven days per week, would employ twelve people and serve an estimated one hundred fifty customers per day. The site is currently developed with a minimart, truck weight station, propane sales, drive-through fast food restaurant, petroleum fueling stations, one automatic carwash, thirty eight parking spaces and landscaping.
