Document Description
The Tasman East Specific Plan, 46.1 acres, allows up to 4,500 dwelling units, up to 106,00 sq.ft. of retail, the extension of Lick Mill Blvd through the site, and. other public roadway improvements. The Specific Plan Area is bound by the Santa Clara Municipal golf course to the north, Lafayette St. to the west, the Guadalupe River to the east, Tasman Dr. to the south.
An addendum to the Tasman East Specific Plan EIR was prepared for Architectural Review of 503 dwelling units and 23,870 square feet of retail space. These 503 units are part of the original 4,500 dwelling units approved. The 2.62-acre site is located within the Station District area of the Specific Plan. Parcel 19 is proposed to be eight-story, mid-rise building with 311 residential units and approximately 15,790 square feet of ground floor retail with one level of below-grade parking and three levels of above-grade parking. Parcel 29 is proposed to be a 20-story building with 192 residential units, approximately 8,000 sf of ground floor retail, and three levels of above ground parking.
