Document Description
The Tasman East Specific Plan would allow up to 4,500 dwelling units, up to 106,000 square feet of retail space, the extension of Lick Mill Blvd, Through the site, and other public roadway improvements. The plan includes five acres of dedicated open space, along with the five acres of privately owned public open spaces, paseos, greenways, and private amenity spaces. The Tasman East Specific Plan Area is bounded by Lafayette Street to the west, the Santa Clara Municipal Golf Course to the north, the Guadalupe River to the east, and Tasman Dr to the south.
