Document Description
The proposed project includes the relocation and expansion of the gas station and a parking lot expansion on the northern end of the site; covering a portion of and installing a box culvert within Colma Creek to accommodate additional parking; the expansion of the existing the center and; addition of an exterior produce cooler located along the eastern warehouse facade, and the demolition of the existing gas station and parking replacement on the southern end of the site. On-site grading activity will produce approximately 5,000 cy of excavated material. Approximately 5,000 cy of material will be exported to an approved disposal site. Construction is anticipated to begin in July, 2017 with full buildout of the project completed by October 2017.
